Refunds for Personal or Astrological Consultations.

There are no refunds offered for personal consultations or astrological readings.
As it is impossible to guarantee whether you will be happy with what is said or given, Calleen charges strictly for her time and not the results. 

Calleen will do her best in every reading to answer your questions and reach your loved ones...but she has no control over such things and therefore, offers no refunds.

Refunds for Books, Courses, or CD's

If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our books, courses, or cd's, you may return the products within 7 days of purchase and receive a refund of your full purchase price, minus all shipping & handling costs.

For any of our Books, Courses, cd's, etc..., please return the product with either a letter asking for a refund, or the Refund Form, and I will refund your full purchase price, minus any shipping & handling fees you have paid.  

Once I receive your return, I will refund the full purchase price within 5 days.  If you used a charge card for your purchase, the refund will be returned to your card.  If you paid by check, money order, or cash, you will be refunded via Money Order; which will be mailed to the address you provide in your request for refund.  

The Product must be returned to:

 DO NOT INCLUDE your charge card number on this form...only the name on the charge card used will be necessary to receive a refund.  You will want to leave a contact phone number just in case there are any problems with the refund.
