Haunted Michigan home investigated by the Ghost Brothers in Travel Channel debut By Edward Pevos

VASSAR, MI – A Michigan disabled veteran and his family have been living in fear inside their own home. That’s where the famous Ghost Brothers come in.

The paranormal investigators came to the haunted home in Vassar after the family’s plea for help.

You can see what happened in the debut of “Ghost Brothers: Haunted Houseguest” premiering on Friday, Aug. 16 on the Travel Channel.

Maybe you’ve seen this historic home built in 1879. It’s known as the “Wedding Cake” house. Disabled Marine Corps veteran  Conrad Dowe lives in the home with his wife and young son.

It’s beautiful on the outside, but on the inside, that’s a different story.

“On the inside, you’re dealing with some heavy energy which may be demonic,” said Ghost Brother Juwan Mass.

“The family is very sweet, but they were dealing with a spirit tormenting the wife and little boy. The husband felt helpless from being able to protect his own family. He fought for his country and he doesn’t know how to fight the spirits attacking his family.”

The Ghost Brothers are best friends and ghost hunters Dalen Spratt, Juwan Mass and Marcus Harvey.

The trio say they are kind of like the Ghostbusters in their new show as they travel across the country to help families with their paranormal problems.

“We’re kind of like a modern day Ghostbusters,” said Spratt. “We really get to help people and we get to really find the reason why their house is haunted. We add a little Indiana Jones and find out why the house is haunted. We look at housing records, land reports, etc. We dive deep into the history of the property, things people never knew when they bought their house.”

The Ghost Brothers say they are able to provide some sort of resolve for every family involved this season.

“We keep a realistic approach. Sometimes you don’t know what you’re walking into and don’t always have a plan, but we were able to help every single family. We want to help many more,” added Mass.
